How can I save money by outsourcing my work to you in India?

What is the experience level of your developers?

We have developers from fresher to 13 years of IT experience. Our minimum criteria for recruiting are graduation degree from reputed university with at least good technical English level skills. To all fresh graduates we provide 3 months of in-house training and they strictly work under senior supervision.

Can I get an idea about the cost of my project?

Yes, just send us your project details via email or request for free quote. Our technical team will approach you as soon as possible. After analyzing your particular requirements, they will present you our free preliminary review.

What is the Time Zone Difference?

Won’t you just use my code with someone else? What are intellectual property protection policy?

We follow confidentiality and privacy policy ( non-disclosure agreement) for every client which includes your code ownership terms. We hand over the source code to clients upon project signoff. We also sign a Non-disclosure agreement with every our staff to protect clients’ intellectual property and copyright.

What are the modes of payment you accept and what are your payment terms?

We accept payment by checks, e-check, direct bank transfer, wire transfer, credit cards etc whichever is convenient to you. Payment terms are flexible as per business model and project size. Normally we breakup payment terms into parts as per the development phases/duration of the project.

Do you provide any free trial offer?

Yes, depending on business model/project, we provide small trial project/first few hours for very small fees / free. For dedicated offshore resource business model, we will provide a period of trial development work to help you know our developers’ capability and decide whether going on for a long term partnership with us or not.

Can you provide the references of your previous clients?

We can provide our client references if you would like to know us more. You can talk to them about their experience with us.

Where do your clients based?

We have majority of clients from USA , UK and other European countries. We also have client based in New Zealand , Australia , Singapore and Middle East.

How we will be communicating with the you/development team?

By Email, Instant Messenger, Telephone, FAX. Once we get project, as per business model we assign project manager / dedicated resource and you can directly communicate with them. All communications on the project can be done in English.

All the related documentations are composed in English. We update our clients on daily / weekly / as required basis depending on project / business model.

How can I be assured of high quality, reliable software/business application?

We use industry standard development methodology to ensure high quality. We can update ongoing project developments on our/your test server for your internal testing, verification and acceptance. Upon signoff, within agreed warranty period after the software was installed in production release, any bug(s) in the code will be corrected free of charge.

What about warranty /post sales support / maintenance of the software / application?

We believe in long term relationship with our clients. We provide free support as per agreed warranty duration. Later we can enter into maintenance / feature updates for nominal / hourly contract as per the need.
