Working hours per month:
Normal office hours plus flexible timing to be determined per your needs. Usually our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00 hrs. (IST)
(any leaves will be covered by working extra hours in respective months without any additional cost).
Communication:
Via email, chat and skype with daily / weekly reporting. Our team is flexible to use client specific project management systems like Jira, Basecamp etc.
Contract Duration:
Two weeks paid trial with no additional commitment. There after minimum 3 months contract that can be extended. Resources may be added or terminated with one months notice.
Shadow resource at no extra charge:
For contract commitments above 6 months, with every senior developer we provide a shadow resource at no extra charge who will work with senior developer. Shadow resource gives additional output and acts as a backup resource in future to ensure smooth operation.
Payment:
Bi-weekly or monthly advance. We accept payment via wire transfer, paypal and other online providers.
