This web portal allows to get in touch with the industry experts . When anybody seeks immediate advice (guidance) from experts than they can register and just select from big list of available experts. Be it software developer,IT engineer, Management,medical professional, architect,Professor, homemaker or anybody. It can be compared with good old-fashioned advice from elders or professionals which they can rely on.
This site provides trusted communication between Domain Experts and user. User can chat with Expert, access inbuilt mailbox, public board and many more functionalities and with use of this user can carry out intended task efficiently, effectively and systematic way.
Two types of user can interact with this system they can be register or guest user. Guest user can search the expert, access expert profile and can view the public forum.
Public forum is common area where expert and client questions answer will store. It is a type forum which has categories and have list of questions for discuss. With use of this facility one can easily find experts who can solve his/her problem. User can request for global help also.
User can be register with system as Expert or as Client. After registration user can access following list of functionalities.
Client and Expert User Common Task:
- Overview:
Shows account information. Also access the News and can inactive his/her account.
- Mailbox:
View the mail sent and received by expert and client. Base on conversations. Also, see the details of communications with expert. Delete the mail, hire expert, with drawn question and so on.
- History:
View the removed communications.
- Personal:
Personal information’s about user. And user can make updates and deletes to their personal information.
- MyExpert:
View the expert. Searches and sorting that expert list based on various criteria. Able to send request for helps to experts. Able to remove experts and defines as favorites and block the expert.
- Billing:
It’s calculated on live chat as per min.

More Access to Expert User:
- Professional:
Add, update and delete his/her professional profile. Upload photo. And sign in no. of category belongs to same cluster.
- MyClient:
View the client. Searches and sorting that client list based on various criteria. Able to remove client and defines as favorites and block the client.

Admin Access:
Manage the approval of the experts registration . Manage the Public forum to prevent any abuse . Other site related management task like database management , server management etc. |
