The primary concern of the project is to provide an approach to manage client contact and provide logical dealroom for people of real estate  field as well as administrative tasks in a flexible way for system admin to manage all provided functionalities.

The basic requirements include deal rooms creation, which is used to provide information regarding a deal in striking way, once user has given access rights to perform operations.

It also includes mini CRM - Managing of Different kind of Contacts like Investor Contact, Lender Contact, Owner Contact and Operation Contact, EMail Template Formats, Access rights assignments,
Custom Filtering in variety of ways

access to users for deal rooms generated by system admin.
