This site provides trusted communication between Domain Experts and User. User can chat with Expert, access inbuilt mailbox, public board and many more functionalities which can make this site very easy to access.


Two types of user can interact with this system they can be register or unregistered (guest).Guest user can search the expert, access expert profile. They can post their problems, queries in any category set of experts. Experts will try to give best possible solutions to the posted request.And with registration he/she can be registered as expert and client with this system and can access following list of facilities from this site and easily find their solution.


Client and Expert User Common Task:
•    Overview:
    o    Shows account information. Also access the News and can inactive his/her account.
•    Mailbox:
    o    View the mail sent and received by expert and client. Base on conversations. Also, see the details of communications with expert. Delete the mail, hire expert, with drawn question and so on.
•    History:
    o    View the removed communications.
•    Personal:
    o    Personal information of user. User can manage his/her personal information.
•    MyExpert:
    o    View the expert. Searches and sorting that expert list based on various criteria. Able to send request for helps to experts. Able to remove experts and defines as favorites and block the expert.
•    Billing:
    o    It’s calculated based on per/min basis. In case of email it is a fixed amount that can be negotiated. Time spent for solving problem either by email or by chat is billed.
More Access to Expert User:
•    Professional:
    o    Add, update and delete his/her professional profile. Upload photo. And sign in number of category belonging to same cluster.
•    MyClient:
    o    View his/her clients. Searching and sorting clients list based on various criteria. Remove the client, add as favorite, and block the client.
