ECTS is an email marketing tool for corporations, publishers and professionals to keep in touch with customers, subscribers, and members in an effective way. It provides a WYSIWYG interface to easily design rich HTML emails, newsletters and delivered to your mailing lists. In addition, the program handles automatic bounces and opt-out processing, allowing members to unsubscribe from the list without any interaction from you. ECTS is easy to use and provides nice HTML formatting features.

This application helps company to create and manage their email campaigns online and track the emails that has been sent. This award winning online application provides features like selecting a HTML mailer draft from available templates set by user in the past. Templates can also be added as and when required also can modify the existing template so it gives extreme flexibility to users.

User can select template and modify to create an email mailer for a particular campaign. It also provides facility for managing email lists in shout user can define list of email addressed based on type of users or users category. Users can import external email list available in text or CSV format into the system. Logical grouping of emails is also possible to do selecting mass mailing.

This application is developed using ASP.Net as front end and in the backend Weblineindia have used C# and for database MS SQL Server. This is an online application and developed as an independent Web Application.

The application provides advanced reporting for emails sent by users so user know the status of sent emails. It reports the no. of emails sent, bounced back with reason, emails opened i.e. read and emails that are clicked on the content. Further with the help of pasting a small code on client's website it can further track of the pages visited and if the user has placed order, etc. In this user can register and schedule their campaign and campaign will fire mails when campaign’s schedule date arrives, this application uses windows service which runs in background and manage task of sending mails on appropriate date/time.
