The website will provide easy to use tools homeowners can utilize to create online real estate listings unique to their property. The website will also provide a way to search, filter, and display the various listings contained in the websites database.

Main features of this site are listed below -

User can format/customize listing in ways he want using color combination and by choosing any available template to format his property listing view.
There are templates provided among of them user can choose any one and can also specify color scheme, border scheme, and font scheme through display setting editor.
User can create totally customized listing in his own way and also we have used false URL(url rewriting) concept in this application.
Pay flow Pro payment gateway with recurring option from Paypal used in this application for property listing based on paid membership.
User can uplod video of their property.
Listing view statistics.
Admin to manage the listings.
