This is a portal
empowering employers and the recruitment agents to transact
online for the complete recruitment process.
This application empowers the employers
( companies ) to post their job requirements which in
turn are received by the qualifying agents or the agents
who have opted to receive the job requests based on
some criteria like salary range, location, position
, qualification, etc.
Once the request / alert is received
by the recruitment agents, they start posting resumes
of the candidates which in turn are received by the
companies via web interface.
The companies then screen and filter
the applicants online and they can select / reject or
change the status pending for future review.
And finally when the candidates are
short listed the agency and the candidates are informed
about the same and conventional interview process starts
after this.
The advantage of such a system is to
provide a platform for companies to have wide options
to choose from various agencies and for the agencies
it provides a wide platform to work with various companies. |
