Shopping Platform ( Hosted Model )

This application developed by us is an ASP (application service provider) model for the basic shopping cart facilities for the small shop owners. This system allows for the shops to signup on the system and create their own shop online.(something like ebay shops). The shop owners can create their own categories and products and can define their own shipping, payment options and tax rules.

The shop owners can directly promote their site by their own url which directs the users/ visitors to their own dedicated shop page on this site.

The advantage of this system is that the small shop owners do not have to invest in web development and to have their own shopping cart scripts, etc. They can pay monthly fees and use this system. Another advantage is that they get wide exposure to market as this portal is marketed as a whole and this portal has common search page and browse by category option which lists products from all the shops.
