This was my first foray into outsourcing and was pleasantly surprised how trouble free the whole process was. We produced detailed specification and screen layouts, this then Weblineindia quoted a fixed price for the project against.

Once a Project Team Leader was appointed from Weblineindia (Darshan) and from that point Darshan would be in regular contact via both email and Skype and any areas of uncertainty were cleared up without drama.

The project was delivered on time and to price and slotted straight onto our Systems and was delivered without any interruption to my main development team, and to the delight of the HR Director.

This option has opened up for me a 2nd development team to handle any additional non-mission critical projects, thereby making us as a team more flexible to the demands and timescales of our internal customers. So much so that projects that were scheduled for 18 months away are being bought forward and passed to Weblineindia.
