Smart service back office platform helps service station’s support staff to check real time location updates received from all registered customers who’s service appointment due in few hours. Service support staff can also review notification alerts about customer’s real time location updates. This system helps support team to check customer’s current location outside of service station through GPS service and within service station through Beacon (Bluetooth technology).
