Client wanted to build Online Shopping portal having rich set of e-commerce features where any customer can search their needs of sportswear products, purchase it, and share their online purchase feedback over social media.
Platform should allow easy shopping and enrich customer experience globally to expand the horizon from his local sales.
The customers should have convenient payment options like COD (Cash on Delivery), PayPal or Credit Card payment.
Client also wanted easy to use product catalog to showcase along with brand endorser to promote the sales. Business and End users can purchase different products and manage the orders using shopping cart options. Customers can share their online purchase feedback over social media. Most importantly, client wanted to manage very high service standards to their customers by providing all their need on tap of a finger.
Client did not had an e-commerce system in place and due to that there was a limited customer base from nearby areas who purchased the products. Client wanted to grow his business by developing an online shopping platform and mobile application which can increase his customer base and hence the business.
Even, there was no connectivity between different physical stores and a single platform to look into the entire business. Client wanted to integrate all their targeted business stores to provide more variety of products with wide range of options to the end customers.
An e-commerce solution was delivered where all targeted end users can be easily on-boarded with social media or regular user login. Admin staff members can use web control panel to manage different on-boarded users, and their user reports.
With highly interactive mobile UI design, end users can easily choose their interested categories/products with increased shopping interest. Customers can share their shopping experience and encourage new ones to enroll for online shopping.
