Client is a partner in one of the top Fertility Finance providing organization in US offering personalized fertility finance insurance, maternity insurance, loans for fertility treatments, loans for infertility treatments, loan for IVF, ICSI, IUI or Donor Egg, etc..

Business Need

Client wanted to have a cloud based CRM application where Prospects can submit their Financing requests for various medical treatments. The requests that are submitted through the CRM application should be automatically sent to Salesforce CRM as a Lead so that the support team can further act upon the requests.

Client Situation

Support team was using a CRM system wherein they used to manually enter the requests from customers for their Fertility Financing requirements. So there were chances that some of the leads could be missed to enter into the system or the customers could not be contacted in timely manner or irregular follow-ups and many such similar problems. Also there was no automation in the CRM system used.

Flexible Loan request applications in Wix framework using necessary plug-ins.

Application can be easily submitted for various fertility treatment finance within a minute.

Automatically send Loan requests to Salesforce CRM using APIs to generate corresponding Leads into the CRM system to take it forward by support team.

Further it enabled Support team with necessary reminders to contact their Customers who requested for fertility financing needs.

Functionality available to system admin to export all Loan requests from Wix to simple CSV/Excel format.

Result

Integrated CRM Solution enabled automatic Lead generation in Salesforce system. Henceforth, there was no loss of important Leads which could be turned into an opportunity and finally could become customer.

Loan application request form can be easily customized as per requirement from time to time.

Admin can export Loan requests anytime from Wix database for internal purpose.

Timely reminders from the system to follow up potential customers.

There is no need to re-write any code to change the Labels, Fields, Layout etc in the form.

Client can tap into increased volume of Fertility Finance requests which was being lost due to inadequate system.

This resulted into revenue increase of our Client due to more happy customers.
